Administrator Jobs Vacancy in Limited Beachlands Jobs Details:

Due to an internal promotion we require an Administration professional to fill this position at one of our biggest branches. Our Mount Logs branch is a busy checkpoint facility that receives hundreds of logging trucks every day of the week.

This is a “full on” role where the successful candidate will need to be an expert multi tasker who loves being the “go to” person for basically anything to do with the operation of this branch. A knowledge of the forestry/logistics industry would be an advantage but is not essential. The main criteria that we are looking for is someone with strong administration skills, who can keep their cool and handle enquiries from customers and staff in an efficient, positive and professional manner, while supporting the management team. The role covers a variety of Administration duties including; invoicing, purchase orders, ordering of nationwide supplies for Log Scaling, reporting, data entry and maintenance of records and spreadsheets. Health & Safety duties are also involved including inductions, minutes of meetings and issuing/ordering PPE gear.

  • Full class1 driver licence
