Reporting to the National HR Manager for Supply Chain and Corporate Functions, you will be the HR business partner to our Supply Chain, Finance, HR and IS teams, providing expert advice to staff and managers on a comprehensive range of operational and strategic HR matters. You will recommend solutions aligned to overall strategic business objectives while working with other parts of the HR team, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Organisational Development and Health and Safety to ensure you are providing maximum value to your customer group.
What do I need?
You will need to have proven HR advisory experience within a complex organisation. You will have solid understanding of Employment Legislation, change management and ideally previous experience working in a unionised environment. Finally, your ability to lead multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and customer focus will ensure your success.
