Office Administration Jobs Vacancy in Company Mount Wellington Jobs Details:

This employer is looking for a reliable, organised student to work on a fixed-term basis in their Mt Wellington office.

Duties will include:
filing
answering telephone
general clerical duties etc

Approximately 10 hours per week –flexible within business hours around your studies. Hours will vary slightly from week to week depending on workload.

This is a fixed-term role of three months initially, but could be extended for the right candidate.

To be suitable for this role, you must:
be reliable
be friendly and have a clear, confident phone manner
have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
ideally be studying accounting (or similar, not required)
have great organisational skills
