About the opportunity

As a Team Leader in our Corporate Applications Team, you will be leading a high performing team and taking ownership of the direction of our Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems including their features, functionality, and capabilities. Our team is composed of Functional Business Analysts who provide subject matter expertise for Chris21, Kronos, and ADI. We are involved in both the implementation of new systems as well as managing escalations of complex technical issues. It’s an intricate environment as we support over 30 business units across Australia and New Zealand with various complexities.

About you

  • Proven leadership skills and a strong commitment to the ongoing development of our high performing team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – builds and maintains good working relationships with people at all levels in a geographically distributed environment
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Project lifecycle - experience implementing, upgrading, or consolidating Payroll and T&A systems will be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of project management processes and business process improvement experience
  • Experience working in Payroll and T&A are required and expertise in Chris21, Kronos, and ADI are an advantage.
