We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to provide excellent customer service to our Napier branch. The overall key focus of the positions is providing exceptional administrative support for our team of Sales Consultants and our Customers.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a busy office environment, be always well groomed and presentable, and have warm/positive communication skills both spoken and written.
In addition, you must have good attention to detail, very good organisation skills, and a collaborative and supportive work style.
Working alongside our Sales team and other Office Support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring customer transactions and enquiries are promptly attended to and linked with the appropriate staff member to further assist the customer. You will need to be a very focused, thorough and motivated individual who enjoys all aspects of administration work along with an emphasis on ensuring quality standards are maintained.
We are a seven day a week business and the successful candidate must be able to work weekends.
