You are a talented nurse with atleast 3 years NZ experience, preferably 1+ years in experience in aged care. You will have a broad understanding of aged care, good management skills and proven leadership capability. You’ll motivate the nursing team to deliver the very highest standards of care.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.
This position requires the ability to work across Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia units. Training with InterRAI & Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) would be an advantage.
As a qualified nurse you are up to date with various relevant legislation and Codes of Practice. You will have experience in Gerontology, leadership and communication skills.
