We are looking for a switched on Temporary Executive Assistant who not only has broad and diverse experience, but is at the top of their game. Someone who gleams with positivity and a can-do attitude.

This is a busy role and is not for the faint-hearted, as you will be supporting senior managers across a variety of disciplines. It is a 6-month initial contract in which you'll have loads of opportunity to showcase your exceptional levels of support and your vast skill set. It's critical that along with your inclusive and pleasant personality that you are a real team player, adaptable and quick on your feet. Sound like a big job? Job tasks and responsibilities as an Executive Assistant:

Along with your normal general admin responsibilities, you will also…

  • Be a whizz with PowerPoint and comfortable creating seamless and engaging presentations

  • Maintain confidential records and preparation of reports as required

  • Coordination of meetings, events and conferences

  • Diary management and communications support

  • Travel arrangement and coordination

What you will need to have to do this role effectively:
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role successfully supporting senior management

  • Competency in MS Office Suite with experience providing high levels of support

  • A mature natural organiser, problem solver, independent worker, team player and excellent communicator
