The focus of this role is to process inward goods, Work in Process (WIP) and dispatch of local and export orders.
Key Responsibilities: Process of all orders on daily basis to meet OTC targets Loading and invoicing of export containers Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor any areas of concern to meet timelines Completing inwards goods checks Preparing and despatching products to subcontractors Following Thermo Fisher Scientific safety requirements Complete cycle counts as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor for finished goods and WIP Participate in year-end stock take finished goods and WIP Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy Ownership of 5S Processing escort cards into Syteline Issuing WIP to manufacturing To maintain a professional and positive attitude whilst being committed to our company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement. Including; Exceeding customer service level expectations (internal and external) Working to agreed deadlines and goals Working within quality and company policy guidelines Active participation and supporting of the team Report to the Warehouse Supervisor regarding; Staff issues Workflow issues Customer/internal complaints Safety concerns Environmental Health and Safety Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of others Actively participate in all EH&S activities Comply with all applicable Safe Work Methods and standards
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse environment Basic computer skills Ability to work with multi-cultural staff Reach Fork Hoist license – preferably with double racking experience
