Exciting changes in the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) have meant the creation of a new role -Group Manager OIO. Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Policy and Overseas Investment (POI) you will be instrumental in helping shape the culture and direction of the OIO.
In this highly strategic role you'll be responsible for building and developing an important part of New Zealand's regulatory framework to ensure the OIO is seen as a robust and credible regulator. Along with your good judgement and ability to build strong working relationships across government and with key stakeholders, you'll have the aptitude to aptly navigate political and commercial arenas.
You'll be a smart, experienced lawyer with significant regulatory experience and you will thrive on being that trusted advisor to the DCE and the Minister of Land Information and Associate Minister of Finance.
