As our Guest Services Attendant you're a natural when it comes to offering a warm welcome to our guests, and the idea of maintaining our hotels' prestigious reputation leaves you brimming with excitement. Of course, a hotel isn't just a 9-5 environment and that's part of the magic; so you'll need to be available to work a range of shifts across any given week. It could be early mornings or late finishes so flexibility and reliability are important.
So what's on the itinerary when you get here? It'll be your job to assist with doors, luggage and guest enquiries as they arise. You need to have the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles as you'll be responsible for parking guests' vehicles. You'll be directing guests to hotel facilities and events and will also help with bookings, updating message boards and room service orders as required - all with a smile!
